College Driven: Why We Do What We Do

For 15 years, College Driven has successfully served clients privately on a one-on-one basis. The experiences have been described as nothing short of transformational, and we're very proud of that reputation. But, there comes a time when this built-up knowledge and expertise feels exclusive and a bit selfish. We've heard that sharing is caring, and no one cares more about students and their families doing the college search process effectively and with great results than us. Welcome to the College Driven blog, Knowledge is Power, where we share information with everyone who seeks it. We want to be a resource as you figure out this often confusing and overwhelming chapter of life. We promise you'll survive the experience, and by using College Driven's vastly available knowledge, we hope to relieve the stress of it, as well.

Don't Underestimate the Task Before You

You are about to make a BIG investment in education: college. When making huge investments, people typically turn to the experts in that field. Buying a house? Hire a realtor. Investing your money? Hire a financial advisor. So why is it that when it comes to the college education investment, families usually go it alone? Maybe because your expectations of those surrounding you, like overworked school guidance counselors, usually fall flat, and by then, it's too late to do anything. Don't get me wrong, their intentions are true, and they wish they could give their full time and attention to each student on their roster sheet, but they can't. Or, maybe you're thinking today's admission competition hasn't changed that much in the last 20 years. Mom and Dad got into college all on their own, so what's the big deal? We want to arm you with real information that exposes you to today's college admissions landscape. We do this through our monthly webinars, our social media outlets, and through this blog. You just have to connect with those outlets and take action. The information is in real-time throughout the process. On that first day of high school you became a college applicant. Don't think it's too early to get this information!

You Deserve Better

College Driven believes you deserve better than you're getting when it comes to college admissions and application support. You deserve to explore and discover your best-fit colleges (yes, there are always more than one). Finding your best-fit means you won't be transferring schools (saving money and time, by the way), and attending your best-fit school means you'll be in an environment where you feel good, and that will provide you exactly what you need to thrive and meet your fullest potential as the beautiful, unique human being that you are!

Let's do this better. Let's do this smarter. Let's do this together!
