I wanted to take this opportunity to remind you to soak it all in tomorrow. Next year's Thanksgiving will be very different from the one you'll experience this year. Things will change, your kid will be different, and you will be a little different, too. Don't fret, change is a good and necessary thing. You don't have to think about next year today. I'm asking you to think about today, today. Be in the moment and stare over at your child and acknowledge how far they've come in life. Your child is terrific, and I'm honored to have been part of the journey, either personally or through this blog. Many admissions decisions will be coming in the next several weeks. There may be heartbreak, there may be elation, but know that your child will end up exactly where they were meant to be. You have a lot to be proud of, now go be thankful for it!
